The flavor is not great and the gel is a little slimy, as glycerin tends to be, and there is a faint smell of bleach but hey, this is a bleaching product after all. As for the trays, they fit well enough and stayed in place fine as long as I kept my mouth closed with the trays tucked behind my lips.
